Design Files to XHTML/CSS "Slice and Dice" Service
If you love to design web sites, but hate thinking about coding or dealing with not-so-standards compliant browsers, then we'd love to help. Here's the deal: you send us the Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, SVG, PNG, or JPEG and we'll do the rest. Here's the pricing breakdown:
Basic - Overall Look and Feel
- $600 for the overall look and feel—we get you started, you do the rest.
- $90 for each additional layout—does the home page look notably different than the others? product pages need a special treatment?
- FREE - BlueInk Design menu access. This add-on gives you access to add and edit the CSS, JavaScript, and images that we'll create for the site.
- FREE - Additional user account for your client. They edit the content, you edit the design.
Complete - Full Site Build
- $1,750 for initial look and feel plus styling of all available BlueInk content types.
- $90 per additional layout.
- FREE - BlueInk Design menu access. This add-on gives you access to add and edit the CSS, JavaScript, and images that we'll create for the site.
- FREE - Additional user account for your client. They edit the content, you edit the design.
Also - Content Editing Service
- $52.50 per hour for content entry for either of the above. This can be helpful if you want everything in place for the site to go live as soon as we finish.
Oh, and some basic instructions: if using vector, convert the type to curves, use pixels for the dimensions, and be sure to use 72 dpi. Please also include screenshots of each of the layouts, so we know we're seeing what you're seeing. If you're using Photoshop, be sure to switch to Monitor Gamma. It'll save everyone time.
To order, sign-up for any BlueInk package, and choose the Basic or Complete design to code service as an add-on.
In the design department, we hold firmly to a clean aesthetic. If you're looking for whirly-gig buttons or flashy flash banners, we aren't the design company for you. Your website exists to get valuable information to a specific audience, so we won't let showy "artistic-ness" get in the way of that information flow. So what does that look like? Visit our web design portfolio, and see for yourself.
If you already have a web site you're happy with, you might try adding a little BlueInk Content Management goodness to make your life easier.
